These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you andLinkfilm governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, and AI video and film generation tools (together, the “Services”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

0.1 Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our [Privacy Policy URL] . which are incorporated here by reference. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it, and “you” refers to that entity.
Some features may have additional terms presented to you at the point of use. Where those conflict with these Terms, the additional terms govern for that feature only. We may translate these Terms for convenience, but the [English] version is the binding one.
0.2 Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and agree to these Terms. The Services are not directed to children, and you may not use them if you are below the applicable minimum age. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from doing so under any applicable law or sanctions regime.
0.3 Your account
To use certain features you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information, which you agree to keep up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account or let others use it, and tell us promptly at support@linkfilm.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has provided false information or breached these Terms, as described in section 00:16.
0.4 The Services
linkfilm ai provides AI-powered tools that let you generate, edit, and enhance video, film, and related media. You provide instructions and material (“Inputs”) — such as prompts, text, images, video, audio, or voice samples — and our tools produce generated media (“Outputs”).
We are continually developing the Services and may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also set or adjust usage limits. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes, but we are not obliged to maintain any particular feature.
0.5 Licence to use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You agree not to use the Services to build, train, or improve a product or model that competes with linkfilm ai, and not to copy, frame, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Services except as the law expressly permits despite this restriction.
0.6 Your Inputs & Outputs
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your Inputs and for how you use your Outputs. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licences, and permissions needed to submit your Inputs and to generate and use the resulting Outputs, and that doing so does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, image, or other rights, or break any law.
In particular, where an Input contains the image, voice, likeness, or other personal data of a real person — including to make an Output that resembles them — you must have that person’s valid consent or another lawful basis. You must not upload material you have no right to use.
Licence you grant us
You keep ownership of your Inputs. To operate the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, process, display, and create Outputs from your Inputs, and to use third-party model providers as sub-processors to do so, solely as needed to provide and secure the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your Inputs.
0.7 Ownership of Outputs
Paid users.As between you and us, and to the extent we hold any rights in the Outputs you generate while your paid subscription is active, we assign those rights to you, so that you own the Outputs you create, subject to your compliance with these Terms and the rights of any third party in your Inputs or in third-party models.
Free users. If you use the Services on a free plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use your Outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless we state otherwise.
Because Outputs are produced by AI models, similar Outputs may be generated for other users; we do not guarantee that any Output is unique. You also acknowledge that, under the laws of some jurisdictions, AI-generated material may not be eligible for intellectual property protection. Where we mark certain Outputs as restricted (for example, editorial-use only), you must respect those restrictions.
0.8 Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in good faith. You must not use the Services, or any Input or Output, to:
- infringe or misappropriate anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or image rights;
- create or distribute content that sexually exploits, endangers, or abuses minors — we report such content to the relevant authorities and act on it without notice;
- produce non-consensual intimate imagery, or impersonate a real person, voice, or organisation in a deceptive or harmful way;
- generate or spread defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful content, or content that incites violence;
- create deceptive deepfakes or synthetic media without the disclosure required by law (see section 00:09), or content intended to manipulate elections;
- use Outputs to train, fine-tune, distil, or develop another AI model, or to build a competing service;
- scrape, mine, or harvest data; circumvent usage limits, filters, or safeguards; or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- upload malware, interfere with the Services’ security or operation, or attempt unauthorised access;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services, or access them through unauthorised means.
We may apply automated filters, review reported content, remove offending material, and suspend or terminate accounts to enforce this section. A fuller list may appear in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
0.9 AI-generated content, accuracy & disclosure
Outputs are generated by automated models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We do not screen, endorse, or guarantee the legality, accuracy, or reliability of any Output, and you use Outputs at your own risk. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before relying on or publishing them, and for seeking professional advice where appropriate.
Disclosure of synthetic media
Depending on where you operate, the law may require you to disclose that content is AI-generated or AI-modified — for example, transparency duties for deepfakes under the EU AI Act. You are responsible, as the deployer of the Output, for applying any legally required labels or disclosures. We provide measures intended to support transparency, but no technical measure guarantees compliance, and responsibility for lawful use and disclosure remains with you.
Third-party AI models
Some features rely on third-party AI models. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms, which are incorporated by reference; where they conflict with these Terms for that feature, the provider’s terms govern.
10 Plans, credits & billing
Some Services require a paid subscription or credits. Current plans, prices (including applicable taxes), credit costs, and limits are shown on our website at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method. We do not store full card details ourselves.
- Credits. Many AI actions consume credits. Unless stated otherwise, plan credits reset each billing period and do not roll over; the binding credit cost for any feature is the one in effect when you use it.
- Renewal. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term using your payment method, until you cancel. We will give advance notice of any price change that applies to a renewal.
- Cancellation. You may turn off renewal at any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the current term, after which paid benefits and unused credits end. [Confirm your real cancellation and credit-expiry rules.]
- Refunds. Because the Services deliver digital content, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. [Insert your actual refund policy and any statutory withdrawal rights.]
11 Our intellectual property
The Services, including their software, models, design, look and feel, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (but excluding your Inputs and, where applicable, your Outputs), are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, you receive no licence to our intellectual property, and you must not use our names or marks without our prior written consent. We welcome feedback, and you agree we may use any feedback you provide without obligation to you.
12 Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites, models, and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk, and any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that party.
13 Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or that Outputs will meet your requirements. You use the Services at your own risk.
14 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services or any Output, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of[the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim]or[USD/EUR 100]. These limits apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other theory.
15 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless linkfilm ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Inputs or Outputs, your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. We may, at our option, assume the exclusive defence of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.
16 Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — in whole or in part, with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services, other users, or third parties. We may also discontinue the Services as described in section 00:04.
On termination, your licence to use the Services ends and you must stop using them. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply. Where you have prepaid for a subscription that we end without cause, we will refund the unused, pro-rated portion where required by law.
17 Changes, governing law & general
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” shows the latest version, and material changes will be notified through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws ofbangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, the courts ofrajshahi will have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
General
These Terms (with the policies referenced in them) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Notices to you may be sent to your account email.
